Invest In Your Solution: Athlete NeuroVision Care
Go from good to great at your sport with Dr. Gall's science-based modern NeuroVision approach. This proactive offering is doctor-directed "workouts" to enhance allocation of attention. Dr. Gall will help you bridge the NeuroVision gap in your sports performance to give you the competitive edge.
1. A Complete Digital Exam
If an eye exam has been completed within 12-months then it does not need to be repeated. The goal is to ensure you eyes are healthy. Diagnostic testing may require dilating drops to ensure the best optical prescription and healthy eyes. Then Dr. Gall will present and assess your performance with standard optical corrections.
2. Neuro-Optics Support
Neuro-optics underpin specific visual distortions which limit your performance; their affects go far beyond what standard optics deliver. Neuro-optics (added plus lenses, prism, tints, yoked-prisms) may stand alone or be combined with active vision therapy/training to achieve your aspirational visually-fit goals.
3. NeuroVision Sport Assessment
This testing is a critical appraisal of 12 NeuroVision skills, that goes far beyond the basic eye exam and 20/20 vision clarity. If two or more of your 12 NeuroVision skills tested are significantly below normal, then this visual distortion pattern reduce your performance in sports and life.
Three self-report questionnaires included assess your sports confidence-level of your ability, your sport mental toughness and your sport growth mindset to meet challenges. For your review, your findings are presented in a 20 page Report and Athlete NeuroVision Profile of skills and symptoms (NeuroVision, confidence, mental toughness and growth mindset). Most of your findings may be "normal" yet all are improved with Sport NeuroVision Training.
4. Sport NeuroVision Therapy
Depending on the number of NeuroVision skills below normal, sport vision training is scheduled over 1 or more Blocks (each Block is 6 weeks long). The program is Dr. Gall directed and delivered to you by Dr. Gall and a vision therapist once ($1700) or twice ($2400) per week (45 minutes for in -office and/or 30 minutes for Tele-iCare sessions).
End-of-Block Evaluations findings are compared to the Initial Assessment results and presented in your Athlete NeuroVision Profile; Dr. Gall will adjust your treatment program for continued success.
5. Home Support Activities (HSA)
These home support activities use specific software programs and custom NeuroVision exercises. Completed 30 minutes per day 5 times per week and your effort is tracked using our Goals For success program. Part of your rapid success is making sports NeuroVision training a priority in your life.
6. Guided Home NeuroVision Training
An active NeuroVision training completed in your space and not in-office ($950). After three months, five supports sessions and you doing active NeuroVision training 30 minutes per day, 5 times per week, an Athlete Neurovision Screening is completed to track you success. One or more Guided Home NeuroVision Training commitments are likely needed.
